Are your shoes First Quality or do you sell Seconds?
All of our shoes are First Quality straight from the manufacturer. We sell nothing else.

Will you be selling Asics?
We are always looking to add shoe lines and Asics is one we would like to add.

What if my shoes don't fit?
Send them back for a free exchange of size. We want to get you in the right shoe.

What is the login feature for?
Tracking your order once it is placed. It also keeps your shipping locations on file to make reordering easier.

Tracking uses my e-mail address. Will I be spammed?
If the Shoe Fits sends out e-mails with information on order tracking, shoe availability that you purchased (i.e. being discontinued) or specials related to an event or promotion. We intend to send out only one to two e-mails, not related to an order, a year.

If I give my e-mail address, can I avoid e-mail?
Yes, there is a check box for it whenever you purchase.
