All Returns
Customer pays for return shipping. Returned items should be placed into original box with the return/exchange information filled out. The box should be wrapped with original plastic bag or equivalent. There is no restocking fee.

Defective Returns

Exchanges
If exchange is for a shoe of the same value, the new shoe will be shipped to the customer at no charge (including free shipping). If there is a difference in the value of the shoe, a credit or debit will be made on the credit card used in the original purchase.
